By accessing or using Jelly Health's telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Jelly Health provides remote healthcare services through telehealth technology. Our services include:
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where we are licensed to practice medicine. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and medical intake.
Jelly Health provides medical care through licensed healthcare professionals. However:
Monthly membership fees are $149/month and are billed automatically. Medication costs are separate and vary by medication type. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Active prescriptions may continue based on medical necessity and provider discretion.

Jelly Health and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
